Singapore Housing Development Board (HDB) presented the HDB Quality Partners Award to our Internet of Things (IoT) enabled Smart Lighting System in Teck Ghee.
The IoT-enabled system efficiently reduces energy consumption whilst ensuring residents’ safety and integration with other IoT-driven applications for one of Singapore’s matured brown-field estates.
Connecting over 10,000 luminaires with motion sensors to a smart wireless mesh network, and managed through a single platform, the project provides on-demand lighting for more than 42 resident blocks including corridors, stairwells, gardens and walkways, and 7 surface carparks.
